Butternut squash

Squash cultivation dates back from around 8,000 BC and was first observed in the American continent. There are many types of squash and harvest occurs both during summer and winter months. Butternut squash is a winter squash.

China and India rank first in world squash production, while Spain and New Zealand are the biggest exporters worldwide.

In Greece, the annual output reaches 70,000 tons, and is focused mainly in the Peloponnese, Attica and Crete.

In Sutip we offer butternut squash pumpkins in 10 or 12 kg. packages. However, customized solutions (inc. sliced) are possible upon request. Individual squash sizes vary from Small/Medium to Large and X-Large. Our squash production is located in the areas of Corinth and Thessaly.
